本文 導光機構設計模擬分析專家系統之研究,主要宗旨在於將本人多年的電子產品之導光機構設計、模擬、分析經驗,研究整理歸納出一些設計原則與指南,將工作上之瑣碎點滴,有系統、有邏輯地整理,從技術層次昇華至學術層次,提供予相關工作者、研究者之參考。最後並將其研發成為一個專家系統,可協助初學設計者更有效率地學習及導入設計作業流程。 論文之第一章,先對電子產業常見的導光機構件作一分類介紹;第二章歸納整理導光機構設計所需之光學學理、塑膠射出模具知識、及機構設計知識;第三章研究、提出導光機構設計、模擬、分析之要點指南;第四章介紹一些設計應用實例及專家系統之建構;第五章為結論及未來展望。 The main purpose of this thesis is to study and develop an easy-to-use design expert system which can instruct the prentice light guide designers to access the design procedures systematically and help them shorten their learning curves. For this purpose, some background knowledge and guide lines based on the many-year practical experiences of the author for designing, simulating and analyzing the light guides applied in electronic products are studied and listed to provide guide lines and reference for the relative designers and researchers. In chapter 1, the classification of the commonly used light guides in the electronic industry are provided and introduced. In chapter 2, some useful and necessary optical theories, knowledge of plastic injection mold and mechanism are presented for the light guide design. In chapter 3, some design guide lines and key points are studied and presented for the light guide design procedures. In chapter 4, some practical light guide design examples based on the knowledge and guide lines of chapter 2 and 3 are studied and proposed. The flow chart of procedures of a design expert system is proposed in the last section. Finally in chapter 5, the conclusions of the previous chapters and relative topics about light guide design in the future are provided.
