    Abstract: 溫度控制LED顏色系統主要目的在於控制LED光源的穩定性,使得其應用在TFT-LCD的背光源時,可以回饋溫度的影響,藉此改變LED各色光源的狀態,所以可以使面板得到較穩定的光學品質。同時,因背光模組的各區域的溫度分布會有不同,使得溫度的回饋效果降低,所以需針對各區域進行補償,降低因溫度不均而造成的亮度差異。由此,即可達到簡單且有效穩定整體LED顏色系統的功效。 利用此溫度補償控制方法,可使背光模組系統能得到有的效控制,在所預設色溫設為6500K下,溫度操作範圍在5℃~50℃之間,背光模組的色溫變化可控制在125K以內,且△u’降至0.0011,△v’降至 0.0017。 The main purpose of the temperature control system is to control the stability of LED light source. When applied to the TFT-LCD backlight, it can feed back the impact of temperature, to change the states of each color light sources; therefore the panel can get more stable optical quality.At the same time, the temperature distribution of the backlight module is different, reduce temperature feedback effect, therefore need for the regional compensation, reduce brightness differences caused by uneven temperature. Thus, it is simple and effective to stabilize the efficiency of the LED colors system. Using this method of controlling temperature compensation ,the backlight module system can be effectively controlled , below the default color temperature 6500 K , the operating temperature range between 5 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ ,the changes in color temperature of the backlight module can be controlled within 125 k , and △ u ' reduced to 0.0011, △ v' reduced to 0.0017.
