本論文研究用於TFT LCD之側入光式LED背光模組設計,應用於Note Book(NB)產品,如何快速的完成設計以及其均齊度及效率分析。分為三部份:第一部份為縮小模型的實際參數設計,第二部份為實際模型、實際參數設計,第三部份為簡化參數設計;就這三部份進行比較分析,達到如何有效且正確的側入光式LED背光模組設計,減少光學改版次數。同時針對零件生產變異及生產組裝誤差,進行各項公差分析,讓所設計之背光模組符合實際量產要求。 This paper researches on how to quickly complete the design of edged LED back light used in TFT LCD and the analysis of efficiency and uniformity, for applications in notebook products. The problem is divided into three parts: the first part is the actual parameter design of the scale model, the second part is the actual model and the actual design parameters, and the third part is simplifying the design parameters. The three parts are comparatively analyzed to achieve an effective and accurate edged LED back light design and a reduction in number of modification on optical pattern. At the same time, tolerance analysis are conducted for the variation in the production of parts and errors during assembly, so that the backlight designed can meet the requirements for mass production.
