    Title: 投影機裝配印刷電路板之測試流程的改善研究─以C公司為研究對象

    Abstract: 台灣的投影機產業,由於產品的少量多樣,但又必須滿足市場對於不同型號機種的需求,在此種多樣化的市場結構下,投影機的裝配印刷電路板種類變得非常多,相對地主機板組裝測試也變得更加複雜。因此,投影機的裝配印刷電路板的功能測試的生產流程是否順暢,亦關係到整體生產營運成本與效率,是投影機生產製造的關鍵要項之一。故針對裝配印刷電路板生產線更進一步的研究與改善,將有助於台灣投影機產業在嚴峻的市場競爭環境下生存發展。
    隨著科技的進步與精實生產思想的應用,裝配印刷電路板生產線測試模式亦持續演變改善。就軟體方面而言,從早期將投影畫面投射出再以人工來判讀的生產模式,我們希望此次的研究,逐漸由電腦系統來取代;就硬體方面而言,從早期使用投影機成品機台方式進行生產測試,逐漸採行相測治具模組化的測試設備來取代。
    本研究乃藉由對個案公司多年來在投機影機裝配印刷電路板生產模式不斷改善的過程,以探討測試設備的改善是投影機產品主機板組裝業是不可或缺的,如何利用自動化的應用來達到對品質上的檢測更有效率而且更準確。以期將研究結果推展應用於投影機產業,所得結論如下:
    1. 投影機裝配印刷電路板功能檢測自動化,平均測試工時得以從過去的226秒降至55秒,提升76 %效率,產品交期也由7天縮短至4天,更具市場競爭力。
    2. 採用電腦程式自動判讀畫面品質,培訓周期由15天降至1天,測試人力由80人降至52人,人力縮減35%。
    3. 輸入的訊號源需求多組設備,皆採用人員切換多台輸入的訊號源,研究分析運用軟體功能,實現輸入訊號源的自動切換,訊號源設備由3台需求降至1台即可滿足。;The projector industry in Taiwan, due to the small amount of diversity, but must meet the market demand for different types of aircraft. In such a diversified market structure and types of printed circuit board assembly projector and becomes very much, relative host board assembly test has become more complex. Therefore, the function test of the projector of the printed circuit board assembly production process is smooth, but also related to the overall production and operation cost and efficiency, is one of the projector product manufacturing of key elements. Therefore, the further research and improvement of assembly printed circuit board production line will be helpful to the survival and development of Taiwan projector industry in the severe market competition environment.
    With the application of the progress of science and technology and lean production ideas, printed circuit board assembly production line test mode also continued evolution to improve. On software, from the early the projection screen is projected to artificial interpretation of the mode of production, we hope that this research, and gradually by the computer system to replace. In terms of hardware, from the early use projector finished machine way production test, have gradually adopted for album fixture modular test equipment to replace.
    In this study, but by the case company over the years in speculative shadow machine printed circuit board assembly production mode and constantly improve the process, to explore the improvement of test equipment is mainboard of the projector product assembly industry is essential, how to use application of automation to achieve the quality detection more efficient and more accurate. In order to promote the results applied to the projector industry, the conclusions are as follows:
    1. projector assembly printed circuit board function testing automation, the average test time can be reduced from 226 seconds to 55 seconds, to enhance the efficiency of 76%, the product delivery period is shortened from 7 days to 4 days, more market competitiveness.
    2. using computer programs to automatically interpret the picture quality, the test manpower decreased from 80 to 52 people, the human reduced by 35%.
    3. Input signal source demand multiple sets of equipment, all the staff switched multiple input signal source, research and analysis with software functions, the realization of automatic switching of input signal source, signal source device consists of three sets of demand fell to 1 station to be able to meet.
