本論文利用X 光片層繞射/滲透壓技術,測量膽固醇在DLPC 脂 膜的位置,並探討膽固醇對脂膜的抗滲透壓能力之影響。 實驗結果顯示:(1)膽固醇存在於DLPC 脂膜厭水區;其分子 長軸與脂質分子碳氫鏈軸大約平行;(2)膽固醇增加厭水區的平均 厚度;(3)膽固醇減弱脂膜抗滲透壓。 We employed the technique of x-ray diffraction/osmotic pressure to measure the position of the cholesterol in bilayer structure and its modulus of compressibility for understanding the influence of the cholesterol on DLPC membrane. Results showed that : 1. Cholesterols reside in hydrophobic region of the DLPC membrane and its long molecular axis is parallel with the axis of phospolipid molecules ; 2. Cholesterols cause the DLPC membrane hydrophobic region thickening ; 3. Cholesterols reduce the modulus of DLPC bilayer compressibility.
