    Abstract: 在LTE-A系統下,載波聚合為一項相當重要的技術,透過此技術讓使用者裝置(User Equipment, UE)可以使用更多頻寬傳輸資料,但當UE也可以使用鄰近基地台的載波元件(Component Carrier, CC)時,則會有基地台的訊號干擾,尤其會反映在基地台覆蓋範圍邊緣的用戶上,造成傳輸效率下降,因此進行載波聚合時須同時考量干擾問題以有效提升系統的疏通量。
    本論文設計結合基地台間干擾協調技術(Inter-cell Interference Coordination, ICIC)及動態調整強化式基地台間干擾協調技術(enhanced Inter-cell Interference Coordination, eICIC)的方法,除了妥善利用基地台有限的資源外,也能選擇合適的CC供UE使用,提升整體系統效能。
    由模擬結果可知,本論文所提出之方法可以大幅提升edge UE的傳輸效率,此外,與mute固定macro-eNB相比,本論文之方法更能有效協調基地台資源。因此,不論系統內人數之多寡,透過本論文的方法協調資源不僅能顯著改善edge UE效能,也能維持一定的傳輸品質。
    ;Carrier Aggregation is one of the most important technologies in the LTE-Advanced system. UE could use more than one component carriers to increase its bandwidth. When UE adopts component carriers from other adjacent base stations, it will cause the signal interference. The interference may decrease transmission efficiency especially for the cell edge UE. Therefore, solving interference with carrier aggregation is a critical issue toward the effective improvement of system throughput.
    Recently, several studies were proposed for resource allocation with carrier aggregation in LTE. However, they only discussed the interference between the pluralities of small base stations and the associated macro base station. The interference among macro base stations was not discussed. In this thesis, we propose a new method to deal with the interference between all base stations about the CC selection and take the load of CC and the channel condition of UE in different CCs into consideration so as to improve the cell-edge UE performance.
    This thesis proposes the method integrating Inter-cell Interference Coordination (ICIC) and enhanced Inter-cell Interference Coordination (eICIC). In addition to the proper use of limited resources, select the appropriate CC for users to improve the overall system performance.
    The simulation results show that the proposed method can increase transmission efficiency especially for the edge UE when comparing to the fixed muting approach.
