    Abstract: 本論文中以螢光光譜、邊緣幾何量測光激發光譜以及X-ray繞射光譜分析氮化銦鎵/氮化鎵多重量子井磊晶之銦成份及其結構。由兩片銦成份為22%與35%之氮化銦鎵量子井試片觀察其光譜特性,並探討高銦成份之氮化銦鎵多重量子井試片在光激發光譜中數個波峰產生的原因,目前比較有可能的推論是量子能階之間的躍遷所致。除此之外,從光譜得知十分鐘900℃快速熱退火的製程對銦成份35%之高銦氮化銦鎵多重量子井結構的影響不大,但是在光性上卻有明顯的不同。
