|Abstract: ||本文以胡秋原(1910－2004)1950年代以後在台時期的文化觀做為主要研究方向，第一章探討胡秋原的生平經歷，並陳述1930年代至1950年代以後的思想歷程。第二章探討胡秋原與1960年代「中西文化論戰」之關係，指出胡秋原的文化思想的核心是超越傳統派、西化派、俄化派而自成一體的新觀點，同時一個民族之社會與文化是有延續性的，因此全盤西化是放棄自身文化之根本，胡秋原認為聯繫過去的中國傳統文化與現代社會之需求的角色是知識份子，知識份子不應在西化、復古二選一，而是應就現實社會之情況對中西文化、制度截長補短，構成其「超越前進論」。第三章探討胡秋原與《中華雜誌》的關係及其對台灣社會之影響，《中華雜誌》創刊於1963年，至1992年休刊，改為《中華雜誌季刊》，出版四期後於1993年12月正式停刊。胡秋原於《中華雜誌》上參與「鄉土文學論戰」、「保釣運動」、反駁「現代化理論」等，對台灣社會的發展提供觀察與評論的視角。結論指出，胡秋原的思想一方面強調保障言論自由，使知識份子能夠暢所欲言，如此政府才能在與知識份子的合作中使社會持續進步；另一方面，胡秋原也強調民族主義的重要性，同時基於這樣的理念認為過於盲從外國的「現代化理論」對國家是沒有助益的，他認為只有擺脫傳統派、西化派、俄化派的教條主義，正確理解自己本國的傳統文化，理解外國理論、制度的發展脈絡，如此才能產生出對社會起到切中時弊的成效，他的許多見解至今仍值得我們多加參酌思考。;In this paper, Hu Qiuyuan (1910 - 2004) after 1950s in Taiwan period as the main research direction of cultural view, the first chapter discusses Hu Qiuyuan′s life experience, and states that the 1930′s to 1950′s after the thought process. |
The second chapter discusses Hu Qiuyuan and 1960′s the relationship of "Chinese and Western cultural controversy", points out that the core of the Hu Qiuyuan′s cultural thought is beyond the traditional school, westernization, Russia pie and self into a whole new view, also a national social and cultural is the continuity of, so total westernization is to give up the root of culture itself, Hu Qiuyuan thought that contact the role of past of the Chinese traditional culture and the modern social demand is intellectual, intellectuals should not be in the Westernization, retro, but on the social reality of Chinese and Western culture, the system only then, Constitute his " Beyond advanced theory ".
The third chapter discuss Hu Qiuyuan and "the magazine and its impact on society of Taiwan," the magazine was founded in 1963 and suspends to 1992, the quarterly magazine ", published four in December 1993 officially ceased publication. Hu Qiuyuan in Chinese Journal of participation in local literary controversy, Diaoyutai movement, refute modernization theory etc., offer the perspective of observation and review of the development of Taiwan society.
The conclusion pointed out that Hu Qiuyuan′s Thought on the one hand to protect the freedom of speech, the intellectuals can speak freely, so the government can make social progress in cooperation with the intellectuals; on the other hand, Hu Qiuyuan also stressed the importance of nationalism, and based on this concept that is blindly foreign modernization theory is not beneficial to the country he thinks, only to get rid of the traditional school, Westernizationists, Russification faction dogmatism, correct understanding of their own traditional culture, the development of understanding foreign theory and system, so as to produce the effect to cut into the present-day evils of society, many of his ideas are still worth more deliberate thinking.
