    摘要: 在魯氏轉子的線形研究中,擺線、漸開線、圓弧線為主要組成魯氏轉子的幾何線形,可應用於魯氏真空泵、魯氏鼓風機、魯氏增壓機等等,本研究應用Mathematica軟體作為數值計算及數學模型建立之工具,開發出新型魯氏轉子,並根據齒輪嚙合原理,設計出能夠完全共軛嚙合,且不會有過切或是帶回量(Carry over)等問題。本研究還提出了另一種新的性能指標作為不同轉子齒形比較之依據,其指標命名為密封性能指標,其中包含了齒間密封係數及齒頂密封係數,比較擺線魯氏轉子(RC齒形)、圓弧─漸開線魯氏轉子(CI齒形)、含變擺比之擺線魯氏轉子(TR齒形)及逆向工程之魯氏轉子(RE齒形),評估新型魯氏轉子在相同之外徑、中心距、及面積利用係數下,是否能夠擁有較高之密封性能,並透過產學合作將新型魯氏轉子應用於真空泵,試驗其改善後之密封性能是能夠有效的降低壓縮機功耗。;Thesis Topic: Parametric Design and Performance Evaluation of Tooth Profile of A New Type Roots Vacuum Pump Rotor . In Roots rotors linear studies, cycloids, involutes, and arcs are the main geometric lines that constitute Roots rotors, and are applicable to Roots vacuum pumps, Roots blowers, Roots compressors etc. This study implements the Mathematica software as a tool for numerical calculations and establishing mathematical models to develop a new type of Roots rotor, and according to the gear mesh theory, its design is completely mesh conjugate and does not have problems such as tooth undercutting or carry over. This study also proposes a new type of performance index to serve as a foundation for comparing different rotor tooth profiles, known as the Sealing Performance Index. It is comprised of the sealing factor between tooth, the sealing factor above tooth, comparison of Roots rotor cycloids (RC tooth profile), Roots rotor arc-involute curves (RE tooth profile), as well as Roots rotor cycloids (TR tooth profile) and Roots rotor reversed engineering (RE tooth profile) with variable cycloid ratios. It evaluates the capability of the new type Roots rotor in achieving higher sealing performance under the same pitch diameter, center distance and area factors. Through industry-academic cooperation, the new type Roots rotor is applied in vacuum pumps to test whether its improved sealing performance is capable of effectively reducing compressor power consumptions.
