    Abstract: 摘要 本篇論文是以提供新的發光二極體之設計為出發點,並在提供新設計的過程中去分析計算,了解指叉型LED 之優點與缺點並加以分析,建立出一個計算各種不同設計之發光二極體之模型,以其在未來能將此模型應用到各種新設計之發光二極體上. 在本論文的前半是以計算的方式去了解指叉型LED的發光效率與省電程度,再後半則實際的製作出了此LED,最後則將此兩種結果互相比較.了解理論於實作的差異. In this paper,we studied the GaN LED of interdigitated mesa geometry,we design the mesa type and fabricated the LED to measurement.And we try to match the throrem result and the measurement result.We got a good conclusion for that.
