市區道路是都會區內之交通運輸動脈,為維護道路設施之完善、提高行車品質及車輛駕駛安全。在路網日趨完備之下,目前國內之鋪面工程已漸漸由新工轉向為維護管理為主,而在政府機關方面,亦由新工驗收變成道路的狀況調查,以利及時控管道路的各類破壞及狀況,讓道路恢復至良好的服務水準,提供高品質的服務水準來服務大眾。透過調查新竹縣之路網已達鋪面養護之目的,進而維持道路系統之服務品質與鋪面結構之完整及行車安全。為維護縣府及各鄉鎮道路行車安全及提升用路品質,調查後構建相關資料以作為道路養護優先順序之依據。 本研究首先針對鋪面養護資料進行調查,並將年度考評的績效資料進行國道與市區道路的分析後找出市區道路的養護績效分析,最後導入城鎮型鋪面維護管理系統的模組化分析與系統建構。;Urban roads is the main way of transportation in our Metropolitan area. As the road net being more complete, to maintain the road facilities 、raising the quality of driving and the safety of driving ,the paving work is transferring from the new construction to maintenance and management gradually. There are also more road situation investigation than engineering acceptance for government agencies to control the damage situation of roads so that can make the roads always in a good service level and provide a high quality service to citizens . Though the investigation of road net of Hsinchu county we can achieve the goal that maintain the pavement ,also , we can also use this way to make the service level on a highly stander 、the unit integrity of pavement construction and the safety of driving. To raise the pavement qualities and the safety of driving for each city , the maintenance work will rest on the investigating data. This research first will focus on the investigating data of pavement, using the annual performance data analyzing urban road and highway to get the maintenance performance analysis of urban road. Then, will lead to the Modular analysis of Hsinchu pavement management system and build the system.
