    Abstract: 論 文 摘 要 我們利用同步輻射中心的SEYA光束線,量測NO 50mTorr在波長160 ~230 nm的吸收及螢光激發光譜。並以光電管R1460(波長範圍115 ~ 230 nm)和EMI(波長範圍180 ~650 nm)量測紫外及可見光區的螢光激發光譜。 分析NO第一解離極限之上C和D能態的吸收和螢光截面,得到螢光量子產率,並利用中心波長為203 nm的率光片,外加He、Ar、Xe、NO、N2、O2、CO2、N2O、CF4和SF6等十種氣體,測量NO D(0)的消光率及D(1)、D(2)能態振動豫弛(vibrational relaxation)到D(0)的消光率。測量結果發現D激發態消光率接近氣體動能碰撞速率(rate of kinetic collisions~10-10 cm3 /molecule?s),因此我們利用Parmenter等人提出的凡得瓦位能井深(van der Waals well depths)理論分析。另外我們在D能態發現N2壓力自0 Torr加至10 Torr 時總體螢光被消光,當N2壓力為10 ~ 100 Torr時,總體螢光出現增強情形;而C能態之總體螢光在壓力為0 ~ 100 Torr中持續增強,顯示C、D能態與N2產生近共振能量轉換中可能有不同螢光躍遷機制。 The fluorescence excitation spectra from the excited states D2Σ+(v’=0) of NO in 160-230 nm wavelength region were investigated by using the VUV synchrotron radiation at SRRC as the excitation light source. Quenching rates of the excited states were measured by the fluorescence of NO(D) for gases He, Ar, N2 ,O2, CO2, SF6, CF4, Xe, NO and N2O.
