    Title: 零維銦奈米微粒的超導熱效應;Specific heat and superconducting behavior of zero dimension Indium nanoparticle

    Abstract: 本實驗由熱蒸鍍機蒸鍍出三組奈米微粒,分別為5nm、8nm及12nm,並使用物理量測系統量測其比熱,將實驗得到的比熱值 除以正常態比熱 ,溫度 除以臨界溫度 ,將三組奈米微粒 與約化溫度 隨外加磁場的變化與塊材比較;用理論公式擬合後發現,平均電子能隙 會隨磁場的增加而減小,也會隨粒徑的增加而趨近於零;而由 可得到電子能隙 , 一樣會隨粒徑的增加而趨近於零。證明了粒徑越接近塊材,原子數目增多,導電電子數目跟著增加,使得費米能階附近的電子能階由分裂的能階進入連續的能階,所以電子能階才會趨近於零,此為量子效應的顯現。 Three sets of Indium nanoparticle powders were fabricated by employing the gas-condensation method。We were measured the specific heat by using the “Physical property measurement system。According to theory,we can obtained the average single-electron level spacing with increasing magnetic applied field,the value of average single-electron level spacing is decreased。Form the formula,we obtain single-electron level spacing。It’s same with the average single electron level spacing,when the increasing magnetic applied field,the value was decreased。This is quantum size effect let single-electron level spacing decreased。
