    Abstract: 通常我們會透過企業的績效來衡量一個企業中的人力資本之影響力,而最常使用的企業績效衡量指標包括:組織生產力、組織效能、產業與企業排名。第一項,組織生產力所注重的是如何以最少的投入,來達到最大的產出,但在科技日新月異之下,若是企業只注重如何以最少的投入,來達到最大的產出,就會忽略研發投入的重要性。由上述可以得知,企業績效受到很多因素的干擾,企業績效並不能有效地衡量和人力資本之間的關係,所以本研究將注重於企業的生產效率和人力資本之間的關係。在此研究中,估算「生產效率」的方式是透過使用Battese and Coelli (1995)所提出的隨機生產邊界模型,而此模型可檢測出人力資本是否有和廠商生產效率為統計上的相關。本研究以台灣公開上市公司為對象,資料來源自TEJ台灣經濟新報資料庫,研究資料蒐集自2009年起到2015年,期間為七年,並將觀察樣本分類為全產業、高科技產業和傳統產業,分別套用不同的人力資本衡量變數,分別為員工平均年資、員工平均年齡、員工碩士以上學歷比率、員工博士學歷比率、員工碩士學歷比率和員工大學學歷比率等等。研究結果發現,員工平均年資對生產效率有正面的影響、員工平均年齡對生產效率有負面的影響。;We usually use company’s performance to study the effect of human capital, but company’s performance is affected by many reasons. Company’s performance is not the effective way to analysis the effect of human capital, so we use a model for technical inefficiency effects in a Stochastic Frontier Production Function for panel data which is developed by Battese and Coelli in 1995 to study the relationship between human capital and productive efficiency.We used the secondary data from Taiwan Economic Journal, and collected companies in Taiwan during 2009 to 2015. The findings of our research are as follows:(1)The average of employees’ tenure is positive relative to productive efficiency.(2)The ratio of employees’ bachelor degree in whole industry and traditional industry is positive relative to productive efficiency.(3)The average of employees’ age is negative relative to productive efficiency.
