台灣位於菲律賓海板塊與歐亞大陸板塊交界處,以致地震發生頻率相當高,往往造成建築物的倒塌、土壤液化等危害,而同時台灣也處於西北太平洋颱風密集的區域,常導致大量降雨以致豪雨成災,造成各式坡地等災害。 近年來,我國政府因應世界各國推動開放資料的趨勢,陸續開放了許多政府資料,因此本研究利用政府開放資料平台所提供的資料並進行加值利用規劃出綜合風險資訊平台,主要將平台規劃成災害潛勢、歷史災害、環境資訊及安全等四大類,並使用層級分析法給予各種災害潛勢不同權重來分析出台灣地區天然災害風險分數地圖,希望能來讓大眾能了解到自身所處的環境中有何災害威脅,並了解到哪些是擁有較高災害潛勢的地區。 ;Taiwan is located at the Eurasian Continental Plate and the Philippine Sea Plate, so that the occurrence rate of the earthquake is quite high, often lead to the collapse of the buildings, soil liquefaction and other hazards. Taiwan is also in the North West Pacific Ocean Region where is a Typhoon-prone area, often result in heavy rainfall to induce various disaster. In recent years, the government has released a lot of government data. Therefore, this study makes use of the information provided by the government to design the risk information platform. The platform contains disaster potential, historical disaster, safety and environment information. This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to decide weight of different disaster to give the natural disaster risk score of Taiwan. It is hopeful to allow the public to understand the threat of disaster in their own place and to understand which areas are of high disaster potential.
