Abstract:	針對2 ×2列聯表中兩個獨立樣本的非條件檢定，Barnard(1947)提出了最具檢定力的方法，但是這個方法的計算非常複雜，因此後來許多學者為了克服這個困難而提出許多不同的修改方法，本文將就較常見到的四種方法作研究比較。對於雙尾檢定，我們使用一個新的準則“平均檢定力”來檢驗這四種方法檢定力的表現並比較它們運算所需的時間，最後綜合檢定力的表現和實際運算的便利性找出一個最好的檢定方法。
