摘要:	本研究以桃園市楊梅區「道東堂鄭氏家族」的兩棟古屋「玉明邸」與「雙堂屋」作為研究個案，探討鄭氏家族在楊梅開墾的過程以及在高速發展的社會下，道東堂鄭氏是如何「記憶」家族以及如何看待古屋的保存。本研究主要的問題意識有兩點，一、分析過去鄭氏家族與楊梅地域社會的關聯性：研究問題軸線主要以了解鄭氏宗親族與地域社會之間的關聯性，主要會以既有的文獻資料為分析對象。二、探討鄭氏家族文化資產與在地的互動：研究問題包括現在鄭氏家族跟在地有哪些參與跟互動的探討，本研究主要會集中探討鄭氏家族現有文化資產古屋的保存相關議題。近幾年，部分鄭氏家族成員陸續處理與變賣宗族部分土地，例如歷史悠久、深具客家文化特色的玉明邸與雙堂屋等，引起地方仕紳、客家文化保存者等的關注。而搶救楊梅鄭家道東堂玉明邸老宅與雙堂屋等文化資產的外界聲浪不斷增加，在開發與文化保存之間，家族內部成員會如何理解鄭氏宗族跟玉明邸、雙堂屋，以及隨之而來的護屋運動之間的關係等等，都是本研究要集中探討的問題。;In this study, the two ancient houses "Yuming Di" and "Shuangantong" were selected as the research cases in the Yangmei district of Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, and the process of cultivating Zheng′s family in Yangmei and the rapid development of society How does the Church "remember" the family and how to look at the preservation of the ancient house. There are two main problems in this study. First, the relationship between the Zheng family and the Yangmei community is analyzed. The main axis of the study is to understand the relationship between the Zheng family and the local community. The literature is the object of analysis. Second, to explore the Zheng family cultural assets and local interaction: research questions, including now Zheng family with what to participate in the interaction with the discussion, this study will focus on the existing family of Zheng cultural assets of the ancient house preservation related issues. In recent years, some members of the Zheng family have been dealing with the sale of the clan part of the land, such as a long history, deep Hakka cultural characteristics of the Yuming Di and double canteen, causing local gentry, Hakka cultural preservation and other concerns. And the rescue of Yangmei Zhengzao Dongtang Yuming Di old house and double the main house and other cultural assets of the external waves continue to increase in the development and cultural preservation between the family members will understand how to understand the Chancellor Chancellor, The relationship between the ensemble of the house and so on, are the issues that this study will focus on.
