    Title: 台灣碳化鎢切削刀具行銷策略之研究─以A公司為例

    Abstract: 台灣切削刀具市場正面臨非常嚴峻的考驗。二十多年前,台灣的切削加工技術以及切削刀具的市場正蓬勃發展,從事這一行業的人賺大錢的比比皆是,但到今天,競爭多利潤薄,越來越難經營,這其中發生了哪些事?哪些關鍵因素在變化而我們沒有去注意及因應?本研究的目的是以一個切削刀具從業人員的親身體驗,提出對碳化鎢切削刀具行業如何能迎頭趕上國際水準,對切削刀具業界,尤其是針對個案公司長遠發展的前瞻性具體建議。
      本研究是根據研究者在金屬材料冶金的專業知識,搭配研究者在切削刀具使用及銷售多年的專業經驗,再加上國內各行銷學者專家的行銷理論,建構出當今台灣切削刀具業能夠翻轉向上的可能契機,更對於個案公司,提供具體可行的發展策略。
    由於碳化鎢切削刀具產業的研究者非常少,相對的文獻參考資料也不多,本研究又是以個案公司為研討對象,因此本研究的方式是採用質性研究。
      對於個案公司而言,現在是走到十字路口,任何一步都決定其往後的興衰,不可不慎。而研究者是站在長遠的角度來給予個案公司經營上的建議,其中的某部分研究結果如果在個案公司因客觀的因素而無法執行,也不妨礙本研究結果。
      本研究對捨棄式碳化鎢切削刀具產業或個案公司而言,如果要在捨棄式碳化鎢切削刀具的製作或銷售有所突破,建議必須往下列方向前進
     1.重新注重基本金屬材料粉末冶金的技術,對於碳化鎢材料的物理及化學特性要很精 確掌握,才能發揮碳化鎢材料的絕佳性能。對於個案公司而言,必須聘請材料冶金方面的人才。
     2.捨棄式碳化鎢切削刀具的生產投資費用龐大,當技術成熟有資金需求設廠時,應該嘗試向政府申請資金或對大眾募資。
     3個案公司必須處理產品代理問題,趁早尋求其他完整的切削刀具產品及第二、第三品牌代理,以免受制於C品牌。個案公司如果要長遠發展,建議投入捨棄式碳化鎢切削刀具的生產事業。;The cutting tools industry in Taiwan faces a very serious problem. The people who worked in this field earned a lot of money twenty years ago. Nowadays, the cutting tools industry here in Taiwan gets many competitions and little profit. What happens to the industry? Did anything happen but the people do not pay attention to? This research focuses on a person who conducted cutting tool business for a long time and submitted a proposal which could be contributed to Taiwan cutting tools industry, especially for case study company A.
    This research is based on basic metal material technology and the researcher’s profound experience on cutting tools business. Moreover, referring to the scholars on marketing skill finds a way for cutting tools industry and case study company A.
    The theses which involved on carbide cutting tools were not so sufficient in Taiwan. The research will follow qualitative research.
    This is very important moment for case study company A to decide if it will turn left or turn right. The researcher eyes on case study company A with long term development. The submitted idea is not to fulfill by case study company A immediately but, case study company A should know this is a long term strategy and will influence case study company A drastically.
    1. Get extremely good knowledge of carbide sintering skill. The performance of carbide tools was mainly decided by carbide sintering. The case study company A must have metallurgy professional people in the future.
    2. It will cost a lot of money to build a carbide sintering company. When the professional skill problems solved, it is a good way to get capital from investors or government.
    3. The case study company A should find the other source of cutting tools suppliers. For long terms development, case study company A should involve in carbide cutting tools manufacturing.
