Abstract:	在行動裝置發展、無線網路的普及下，針對雲端存取資料已經佔據使用者的日常生活中。隨著影音串流技術的成長，一些動態影音串流技術被提出來解決在行動裝置上觀看影音的限制，包含硬體容量和網路頻寬。因此，在行動裝置上出現了許多影音應用，包含數位學習。而現有的中小學數位學習系統多只支援電腦平台為主，硬體設備限制了學生學習的地點。為了提供學生能夠無限制地在任何地方學習，不管是在行動裝置上，亦或是在電腦桌機上。本篇論文，為中小學學生設計一套數位學習系統。配合Microsoft微軟近幾年致力於開發的通用Windows平台，可以讓學生使用相同系統，在不管是家中桌電、手機、平板等…只要是使用Windows10的作業系統均可以使用。系統採用了動態影音串流技術，提供學生大量的隨選隨用的課程影音; 編輯課表服務讓使用者能安排個人化的學習進度;並提供資料同步功能，進而達到持續性學習的效果。此外，我們整合了數位智能筆的功能至學習系統，讓學生能夠在傳統學習與行動數位學習的混合環境下，能夠保有良好的學習效率。透過智能筆與裝置藍芽連線，同時配合相關硬體配備，提供遙控服務的功能以及手寫功能，便於學生於紙張撰寫筆記時，亦能透過數位筆遠端操控課程系統，手寫筆記將能即時的被傳輸至行動裝置儲存。;In the popularity of mobile device development and popularity of wireless networks, cloud access has occupied the user′s daily life. Besides, there are some video streaming technologies proposed to address the limits for watching video on the mobile devices. Therefore, there are lots of streaming application emerge currently, including educational application. We design a streaming-based learning system for students on Windows 10 devices. Windows 10 introduces the Universal Windows Platform (UWP), which provides a common app platform available on every device that runs Windows 10. System provide ubiquitous learning environment. We also integrate digital pen into our learning system to improve student learning efficiency in the blended learning environment. Besides, students’ learning histories, learning timetable, digital note enable synchronize between their multi- devices. They also can raise any question to teacher in our learning system.
