血液透析病患會被要求進行握球復健來改善血管直徑和血流量,提高血管通路手術的成功率。本研究擬以力量感測器獲取握球復健時的電壓差數據,並利用智慧型裝置計算握力值與按壓次數,求得握力值將利用SAEHAN®品牌的液壓握力計進行握力值驗證,按壓次數則是與實際按壓次數兩項結果驗證,之後可將資料儲存至伺服器。本研究可提供需要手部復健者,瞭解復健過程的握力值與按壓次數,並幫助醫療團隊瞭解病患的復健情形以及未來提供醫療健康照護物聯網。;Hemodialysis is one of the common methods of treating chronic kidney disease, vascular access surgery need to be operated before hemodialysis. To increase thesuccess rate in vascular access surgery, proper hand rehabilitation can improve success rate. Dialysis patients are usually asked to do rehabilitation to improve blood vessel diameter and blood flow, enhance the success rate of vascular access surgery. Through wearable devices, we compute grab ball’s states in a convenient way. This study acquires grip force and number of presses. We then compare the results with SAEHAN grip force meter. Finally, the results are sent to the server. The proposed method could help the medical team confirms the patient’s rehabilitation status and get benefits on health care.
