    Abstract: 本文探討在一元配置(One-Way Layout)實驗設計中,藥物劑量反應具常態分布情形下鑑別最低有效劑量(Minimum Effective Dose,簡記MED )之檢定,此處的最低有效劑量為具有療效的最小劑量水準。首先根據樣本均數建構一個對比(Contrast)得到一個新的檢定,並且考慮文獻中既有的統計量,進一步提出整合檢定。上述檢定為封閉降階檢定(Closed Step-Down Test),因此,皆能嚴格地控制族誤差率(Familywise Error Rate )。為了解這些方法的表現,利用蒙地卡羅(Monte Carlo)方法模擬本文所提檢定方法及文獻中某些方法的檢定力(Power)和偏誤(Bias)。最後分析實例資料,藉以說明所提方法之應用。
