企業需要使用已開發且可行的績效模式。本研究的目的是使用賽局理論(GT)和平衡記分卡(BS)來開發組織績效模式。文獻回顧中敘述了成功使用賽局理論和平衡記分卡進行組織的例子,並呈現專家訪談和問卷調查的輪廓。針對組織績效,有30名專業從業者依據其專業知識推薦了3個方面(組織架構,策略規劃和策略執行)。因此,藉由抽樣調查來驗證模式建立的基本要素。本文績效模式的建立是將賽局理論應用在策略規劃以及將平衡計分卡應用於策略執行方面。提出了一個案例來解釋並模擬組織績效模式在製造公司中的運作方式。研究結果表明,客戶滿意度和獲利能力的關鍵是基於賽局理論加上平衡計分卡的綜合成效。 ;Abstract Developing organizational performance model using game theory and balanced scorecard
It is always desirable to develop a feasible performance model for enterprises. The purpose of this study is to develop organizational performance model using game theory (GT) and balanced scorecard (BS). Literature review demonstrates successful examples by using game theory and balanced scorecard to organizations and also suggest an outline for expert interviews and survey. There are 30 professional practitioners whose expertise recommends 3 aspects (organizational configuration, strategy planning, and strategy execution) essentially to the organizational performance. A convenience sampling survey, therefore, is conducted and verifies these aspects which are the fundamental elements for the proposed model. Adopting game theory to the strategy planning aspect and balanced scorecard to the strategy execution aspect, we establish the proposed model. A case was brought to interpret how the proposed model works in a manufacturing company. The findings show that customer satisfaction and profitability are the keys in GT plus BS-based performance.
