    Abstract: 本研究以非鐵金屬二級冶煉-銅二級冶煉程序所產生之含銅水淬爐渣為研究標的,探討其取代部分細骨材進行摻配,製成碎石級配及水泥混凝土之可行性。
    ;The purpose of this research was to discuss the feasibility with the addition of some copper-containing water quenching slag which produced by non-ferrous metal secondary smelting- copper secondary smelting process in gradation and cement concrete.
    The experiments were divided into three stages, because the copper-containing water quenched slag is the business waste of industrial process, it is necessary to understand the potential hazardous substances before use as recycled aggregates, so the first stage was to execute the element composition and metal analysis; the second stage was to conduct physical,chemical and mechanics test of the quality assessment of aggregate,to determine the best proportioning ratio;the third stage is to replace some of the aggregate with copper-containing water quenched slag, using various tests (including compressive strength test, expansion test,chloride ion test,slump test,abrasion test, soundness, California bearing ratio, atterberg limits test, etc.) to discuss the effects of replacing the cement concrete aggregate and gradation by slag.
    The results showed that the copper-containing water quenched slag was crystallinity and had a specific gravity of 3.6 which was a latent pozzolans and close to Class F fly ash;the grain size of the powder is about 0.4mm,it is between the coarse and middle sand of the fine aggregate and can be used as the aggregate of paving engineering grade.
    The results of compressive strength and expansion test indicated that addition of copper-containing water quenched slag to different fine aggregate replacement rate to the cement concrete, replacement rate of 30% is better.Results of the chloride ion test indicated low correlation between the slag substitution rate and the chloride ion content of the concrete,and the slump test results showed that the slump test value decreased with the increase of the copper-water quenched slag.
    The results of Los Angeles abrasion test showed that the abrasion rate about 30 to 35%,soundness test showed that the weight loss of coarse aggregates was about 1.2 to 1.5% and the weight loss of fine aggregates about 1.9 to 2.0% were conforms to the grading of the substrate specification.California bearing ratio test showed that at 95% compaction,each ratio is in line with the second type of substrate grade CBR value of at least 80% requirements, and CBR value increased with the copper-water quenched slag replacement rate and compaction Increase, that is, the bearing strength will be enhanced. The results of the Atterberg limits test showed that conforms with the specifications of the substrate grade of the pavement engineering for each group. According to the CNS 15311 aggregate by the hydration of the potential expansion test , after soaking 70 ℃ hot water 7 days, the results showed no expansion of the reaction occurred. The TCLP was used to simulate the dissolution of copper-containing water quenched slag in the use of roadbed gradation, the results were also lower than those of hazardous waste
