本研究針對國道之伸縮縫進行綜合性的分析與策略研究,以國道3號汐止至中和路段計有福德、木柵、景美、新店、碧潭、安坑、中和、台北Ⅰ、台北Ⅱ等9處雙向之隧道,原設計係採水泥混凝土路面〈剛性路面〉,自民國85年通車後依國道公路警察之交通事故統計,在隧道內事故肇事率明顯高於隧道外,遇天雨時隧道出入口處事故發生更頻繁,常造成行車壅塞及增加行旅時間致用路人有所抱怨。本文將探討伸縮縫之使用材料、公法、設計與其成效評估之抗滑值、平坦度、降低噪音與提升行車安全之效能,及高公局工務段在維護養護上尋求解決之方式,與鋪面工程業者共享。 以國內常用之五種伸縮縫為主要類型加以分析,並針對各類型之養護方向與策略、更新狀況與頻率週期,與各類別之平整度狀況評估做綜合型的比較與分析,並最後結合養護管理策略將其養護與發包預算進行整體性的開發與統整,並對年度預算進行最適化之平台整合。 ;This research is a comprehensive analysis and strategy research about expansion joints at Formosa Freeway tunnels, from Hsichih to Jhonghe, there are 9 Two-way tunnels at this section, the original design was cement concrete pavement (rigid pavement). According to the national highway police traffic accident statistics since 1996, the accident rate in the tunnel was significantly higher than the others, the tunnel entrance and exit accident occurred more frequently when raining, causing traffic congestion. This article will discuss the use of expansion joints materials, construction methods, design and its effectiveness by evaluate its performance of anti-slip grading, flatness, noise reduction, traffic safety and maintenance solutions MOTC shared with the pavement industry. To optimizing the annual budget, this research will develop and integrate the maintenance and contracting budget by analyzing the conservation management strategy, maintenance strategy, status, life cycle, flatness of the five main types of expansion joints used in this country.
