Abstract:	近年來，由於人口快速成長以及使用大量石化產品，讓氣候開始變遷，環境發生異常，全世界極端氣候的災害越來越頻繁，環境的永續發展儼然成為了人們當下必須要去重視且執行的議題。而我們生存的台灣，一百多年來都市發展的過程經過了日據時代而有了基盤建設，再經過台灣光復後歷任政府的重大建設計畫造就了現今的都市景觀。蔡英文總統於民國106年7月7日公布前瞻基礎建設特別條例，為台灣打造未來30年國家發展的建設根基，其中為加強區域均衡的城鄉建設，主要分成發展地方特色、推動民眾有感建設等兩類。主要以提升道路品質計畫為透過公共建設的整合及友善環境規劃來打造符合永續環境的道路景觀。本研究參照全生命週期永續公共工程指標系統8項主指標及17個次指標共74個評估項目，以前瞻基礎建設計畫-提升道路品質計畫主要內容為基礎，建構市區道路景觀發展指標，把市區道路景觀分為都會型及城鄉型兩項去探討改善計畫內容的權重比，由分析結果來判斷提升道路品質可以著重於那些計畫項目來作為參與基礎建設相關單位的參考指標。 ;For the past few years，Because population growth rate is increased and we use a lot petrochemical，climate disaster are worse and worse too，the Issue we should attach importance and execute to the sustainable development of the living environment. And our home Taiwan，due the urban development which Taiwan was a Japanese colony had infrastructure in the past 100 years. After the recession of Taiwan，Today’s urban landscape view is our government plan dva in the past 60 years. President Tsai Ing-wen have repeatedly stressed the importance of the massive infrastructure plan in 7 July 2017. It’s hoping to build up a consensus so that the bills can be approved for Taiwan′s development next 30 years. Especially on Intensive area balanced development of urban and rural. Include to development of local characteristics of the area and implementation infrastructure plan that people can feel. Through with public works to integrate and friendly environmental planning to build road landscape meets sustainable development in order to achieve raise quality in road. This research will use the seventeen sub-indicators that are under eight indicators groups of sustainable public works as references.The evaluate projects will be seventy-four indicators. Take on the raise quality in infrastructure plan be based on，we had divided urban road landscape into two parts metropolitan area and rural area to explore method of weigh in infrastructure plan，from the analysis results it can get witch one method of weigh in infrastructure plan for Judging from the results of the analysis to improve road quality can focus on those project projects as a reference indicator for related units are participating indicators.
