    Title: 具單咪唑鹽與雙咪唑鹽之 陰離子交換膜之開發與製備

    Abstract: 本論文以開發含有親水端 NB 新單體,並合成出一系列親水端高分子,以及改良之前 PS 系列高分子合成路徑及方法。
    第一系列 PNB-CIm-Ph-NIm 以 PNB-CIm 為基礎,以苯環作為橋梁,合成出新的親水端單體 NB-CIm-Ph-Cl 單體,接著再以不同的 ROMP 聚合手法,合成出 random copolymer R-PNB-CIm-Ph-NIm,及 diblock copolymer D-PNB-CIm-Ph-NIm,以同一個單體 NB-CIm 為架構再外掛一個離子交換集團 imidazolium,在相同的親水端比例下,能有較高的 IEC 值,期待有不錯的導電度,但此薄膜泡水後會過度吸水膨脹破裂,目前已送至工研院成膜優化中。
    第二系列 PS-C4-NIm 則是改良之前的 PS-NIm 為主,利用 RAFT 並以 diblock 的聚合手法,先聚疏水端單體 VB-O4 及交聯試劑 DVB-O4,再加入 4-vinylbenzyl chloride 共聚,合成高分子主幹後,最後再加入 methyl-imidazole 進行 SN2 取代反應,得到目標高分子產物。其中將原本的疏水端單體 styrene 再外掛長碳鏈後,進而改善薄膜的柔軟度。目前 PS-C4-NIm-50 在室溫下薄膜導電度最高可達 0.043 S/cm。
    ;In this study, two series of anion exchange membranes were developed. In the first series, the monomer NB-CIm-Ph-Cl was synthesized from NB-CIm and the polymer PNB-CIm-Ph-Cl was prepared via ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) of hydrophilic NB-CIm-Ph-Cl and hydrophobic NB-Hex. The final polymer PNB-CIm-Ph-NIm was then prepared via imidazolation from PNB-CIm-Ph-Cl. Having two imidazolium groups in each hydrophilic unit, the PNB-CIm-Ph-NIm is expected to exhibit high ionic conductivity.
    In the second series, The PS backbone was prepared via reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of 4-vinylbenzyl chloride and hydrophobic VB-O4 and cross-linker DVB-O4. Via changing the equivalence of these VB monomers, the hydrophilic and hydrophobic ratio of the PS copolymer can be controlled. Then the final polymer, PS-C4-NIm, was prepared via imidazolation of PS-C4-Cl. Currently, PS-C4-NIm-50 shows high ionic conductivity up to 0.043 S/cm at room temperature.
