    Title: 智慧儲能系統之創業規劃

    Abstract: 全球因應氣候變遷及環保意識抬頭,各國都在力行能源轉型,再生能源占的比例逐年升高,相關的發電成本也逐年下降。國際能源署更表示太陽光電及風力發電將成為未來25年內最便宜的電力來源,但太陽光電、風力發電的間歇性、 波動性問題,如果搭配儲能系統,形成完整的環保、創能、儲能體系。

    台灣發展再生能源做為未來國家重要能源政策之一,整合智慧電網、儲能系統,將有助於台灣大規模再生能源供電,電網系統運作更有效率,隨著再生能源的快速發展,若無政治因素干預電價,幾年後電價調漲的趨勢之下,當每度平均用電的電費達 5 元以上,即為儲能產品導入國內市場的切入點,且市場隨著電價漲幅的提升,儲能市場也將快速增長。

    本研究旨在擇對國內新創公司,初期推出二種模組化的產品,一是針對家庭儲能產品以 10KW系統推出,二是企業與產業儲能以 100KW系統面市,這二個產品是儲能最基本款,再以智慧儲能系統整合,進軍儲能市場。


    電力儲能產品未來態勢與智慧電網軟體的演化,主導其巿場成長與進步,巿電購售價格影響國內經濟發展與國外廠商來台投資意願,經測驗與情境模擬來推證其效能,本究研結果可以做為政府規劃各式乾淨能源的參考基準。;In response to global climate change and rising awareness of environmental protection, many countries are restructuring their energy systems for long term sustainability. The proportion of renewable energy increased year by year, with forseeable declining costs. The International Energy Agency further stated that solar photovoltaic and wind power will become the cheapest source of electricity in the next 25 years. However, power generation based on solar photovoltaic and wind power are intermittent and volatile in nature. If combined with energy storage systems, it will result in a complete ecosystem with energy conservation and is also environment friendly.
    The government in Taiwan has declared to make renewable energy as one of the most important energy sources in the future. Integrating smart grids and energy storage systems will help Taiwan’s renewable energy supply and grid systems to operate more efficiently. With the rapid development of renewable energy, if without political interference, electricity price is expected to escalate. Our analysis reveals that the average electricity price at 5 NT dollars per degree is the timing for energy storage products to penetrate into the domestic market, and the market will expand with the increase in electricity prices. The energy storage market will then grow rapidly.
    The purpose of this study is to select two kinds of modular products for domestic startups. First, the 10KW system is introduced for household energy storage products. Second, the enterprise and industrial energy storage are available on the 100KW system. These two products are the most basic model of energy storage, and then integrated into the energy storage market with smart energy storage system. This operation mode is divided into two modes: direct purchase and rental of flow meter price charges. The initial investment in the market is estimated to be 20 million yuan. Taking 5MW (5000KW) capacity as an example, it is estimated that the annual revenue will be 83 million and the profit will be about 14 million.
    The future situation of power storage products and the evolution of smart grid software dominates its market growth and progress. The price of electricity purchase and sale affects the domestic economic development and the willingness of foreign manufacturers to invest in Taiwan. After testing and context simulation, its effectiveness is demonstrated. The results of this research can be used as a reference for the government to plan all kinds of clean energy.
