    Abstract: 全球面臨工業革命以來日益激烈和不可預測的氣候變化,隨著地球氣候暖化和能源危機的持續惡化,人們越來越重視環境保護,綠色時代順勢崛起,綠色概念融入新的產品設計,重塑新的製造流程,追求低耗能、零污染、零排廢成為新的努力方向,漸漸成為企業追求永續生存的指導原則。
    順應時勢所趨,探討個案公司推動綠色工廠,整合內部流程自產品設計到製造完成,逐一檢視各環節,依照清潔生產系統架構,從生產製造、環境化設計、綠色管理及社會責任三大面向著手,涵蓋能資源節約、綠色製程、汙染物產生及管末處理功能、環境友善設計等,再搭配綠建築改善,經由改善效果實證確認,統計個案公司X廠近3年達到之節能減碳成果:節電量累計達196 萬度、節省瓦斯約82公噸、廢棄物減量1,250噸、用水減量7,700噸,除了善盡企業社會責任外,也進一步帶給企業相當可觀的成本低減,說明綠色工廠之推動,將有助於企業永續經營。;The world faces increasingly fierce and unpredictable climate change since the industrial revolution. Due to the global warming and the continuous ecological degradation, people are more aware of environmental protection. The green era has taken its place and the green concept has been integrated into new product designs. The new manufacturing process enables companies to achieve low energy consumption, zero pollution, as well as zero emission. It becomes the new direction of the market, and gradually become the guiding principle for enterprises to attain sustainable development.
    In response to the current global environmental trends, the case companies were encouraged to promote eco-friendly factories, integrating internal processes from product design to manufacturing completion, reviewing each link individually and proceeding from the three major aspects of manufacturing, environmental design, green management and social responsibility in accordance with achieving resource efficiency, green manufacturing process, pollutant generation and end-of-pipe disposal functions, environmental friendly design, etc., with sustainable building design. It has been proved that the above practice can reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. The statistical case automobile company X plant has successfully reached energy saving and carbon reduction in the past three years, as results of saving approximately 1.96 million kWh, 82 metric tons of gas, 1,250 metric tons of waste, along with 7,700 tons of water in total. In addition to fulfilling corporate social responsibilities, it also contributes a considerable reduction in costs for the company, demonstrating the implementation of green factory will benefits the business.
