    Abstract: 旋轉式壓縮機的消音罩孔位位置對傳遞噪音傳遞有重大影響,為了減少因太多消音罩樣式而造成多次性的實驗,先進行模擬使用COMSOL軟體來模擬,模擬迴轉式壓縮機消音罩傳遞損失,利用消音罩孔位不同,所傳遞損失區域也不盡相同,藉由模擬推導出最適化消音位置,並利用原樣式消音罩與改善後樣式做相互比對確認壓縮機轉速,並相互比較壓縮機在噪音上差異,並比較測試結果。
    模擬結果顯示,原樣式與改善品在消音區塊效果,經實驗驗證,噪音測試結果,在噪音方面從低轉速1200RPM開始至7200RPM為止在20Hz~1600Hz區域中最高降低了4dB(A),在20Hz~20000Hz區域中降低最高降低3dB(A)

    ;Muffler cover spout position of a rotary compressor has a tremendous impact on the structural vibration and noise radiation. In this thesis, both numerical and experimental investigations are carried to study the effect of muffler cover spout position. From the numerical simulation, the design variations can be optimized. The experimental validations indicate that sound pressure of the optimized muffler position can be reduced by 3dB(A) in the frequency range of 20Hz-20000 Hz and 1200 to 7200 RPM of the rotary compressor. In the low frequency range of 20Hz-1600 Hz, the sound pressure reduction is 4dB(A).
