    Abstract: 本研究主要分析迴轉式壓縮機內消音罩之較佳設計,以達到減噪之目的。以ANSYS Acoustic ACTxR15.0進行聲場模擬,聲場模擬分為兩部份,其一為僅模擬壓縮機內消音罩之聲場空間;其二為擴大模擬聲場空間至馬達定子上方出口。透過改變消音罩之幾何參數與相關尺寸,並藉由新訂之消音指標改善消音罩設計,新訂之消音指標更接近真實壓縮機運轉之狀況,並且透過實際量測比對;擴大聲場模擬更完整地模擬實際情況。實驗部份為材料聲學特性量測實驗,主要目的為量測壓縮機內吸音材料與馬達定子內線圈的聲學特性,應用於聲場模擬之中,以增加模擬之完整性。;This research focused on the design of the muffler in a rotary compressor. A finite element software, ANSYS Acoustic ACTx R15.0, was used to provide the simulation results. The simulation was divided into two parts. First, the sound field covered only the interior of the muffler. Secondly, the sound field was expanded to the inner space within the compressor. Expanding the simulation space of sound gave different results from the simulation of the muffler. The reduction effects of sound with different designs of mufflers are then compared by examining the values of performance index which is defined as the sum of inner pressures on the compressor’s shell. Beside simulation work, this thesis also presents the design of an impedance tube for measuring acoustic properties of materials, including sound absorbing materials used in compressors.
