    摘要: 本研究目的在探討中小學數學教師創意教學競賽金牌得獎作品之可行性;研究對象以第四屆中小學數學教師創意教學競賽之金牌得獎作品進行個案分析;研究方法採深度訪談法,讓創意教師自我陳述創意教案之評論,並瞭解創意教師之教學特質。研究結果發現創意教案於實施上具有教學可行性。以下列舉個案教學方案設計及個案教師教學特質與教學可行性之關係: A)個案教學方案設計與教學可行性之關係 (1)教學目標明確 (2)教學能與生活經驗相連結 (3)教案設計具邏輯性與結構性 (4)教案設計提供學生知識應用的經驗 (5)教學時間掌控適當 (6)教材媒體的運用 B)個案教師教學特質與教學可行性之關係 (1)教學方法豐富多元 (2)採用加分的獎勵制度 (3)啟發學生創造思考能力 (4)鼓勵學生踴躍發言 (5)教學是讓學生有效學習 (6)培養學生合作學習能力 The purpose of this research is to investigate the feasibility of the champion at the Annual 2004 Math Creative Pedagogic Contest. The research object carries on case analysis with the award-winning works of gold medal at the Annual 2004 Math Creative Pedagogic Contest. The research approach adopts the in-depth interview method to allow these creative teachers to self-describe the comment of the creative teaching program and to understand teachers’ teaching attributes. The result of study finds that the creative teaching program has teaching feasibility in implementing. The following are the relationship between conceptual design and teaching feasibility, and the relationship between teacher's teaching speciality and teaching feasibility of case teaching: A. The relationship between conceptual design and teaching feasibility: (1) Teaching goal is explicit. (2) Teaching can link with life experience. (3) The teaching program is designed logically and structurally. (4) The design of teaching program offers the experience of knowledge application to students. (5) Teaching time controls properly. (6) The use of the teaching material and media. B. The relationship between teacher's teaching speciality and teaching feasibility: (1) Teaching methods are abundant and diversified (2) To adopt an award strategy with bonus. (3) To inspire students’ creative thinking ability. (4) To encourage students to speak eagerly. (5) Teaching is to make students study efficiently. (6) To train students to study cooperatively.
