    Abstract: 本計畫將以兩年為期,針對醫療輔具、健身器材等產業相關產品之需求,開發一具高速比之複合型行星齒輪傳動機構。計畫中將建立三種主要技術:(1) 模組化系統:建立有成本效益的產品架構下,配合不同產品需求,提供在介面滿足客戶需求,但主要部份零組件不變之高速比行星齒輪傳動機構,除可提高產品多樣性外,並可以降低生產成本。(2) 受載齒面接觸接觸分析(LTCA):以現有行星齒輪機構之LTCA理論模型為基礎,建立複合型行星齒輪傳動機構之分析模型;再據以設計適當的漸開線修整齒形,分析誤差與變形對傳動效能與接觸特性的影響,以達成齒輪傳動機構具備低誤差敏感度、高承載能力之目標。計畫中亦將以CAE軟體進行驗證,以確認分析模型之準確度。(3) 製作、驗證與測試:將以市場研究結果,完成齒輪傳動機構雛型設計與製作,並進行驗證測試,確認設計構想可行,以做為下年度量產之依據。 ;A compound planetary gear drive with a high gear ratio will be developed for medical aids and fitness equipments in the two-year project. Three technologies will be established:(1) Modular system: A cost-efficient modular product family is developed in the project to fulfill the diverse demands of customers. (2) Loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA): Based on the developed LTCA model for conventional planetary drives, a specific computerized LTCA approach will be established for the compound planetary gear drives. The suitably modified flanks will be designed according to the analysis results of the influences of errors and deformations on the transmission performances and the contact characteristics. The LTCA results will be also compared with a CAE software.(3) Validation test of the prototype: A prototype of the compound planetary gearbox will be designed, manufactured and tested in order to validate the feasibility of the concept. The mass production of the gearbox will be based on the test results.
