    摘要: 在精密工業製造的時代,不免在製造的過程中由人為因素導致尺寸有所誤差,為了使製程具有良好的精確度。本研究設計可以在產品製作完成的同時利用機構的方式直接將產品取出,因先前的研究計畫發現,氣壓吹製成型金屬殼在開模取件的同時,會因為採用人工手動取件的方式導致有人為上的誤差,使其精確度產生稍許誤差,導致在品質管制方面難以接受題。製作無人為因素的機構,探討其是否有效減少產品尺寸之誤差,以解決品質管理方面的問題。此外採用機構亦可導入自動化生產的方式,不僅可減少人為誤差與人力浪費,尚可增加產業之產品競爭力。本次研究著重在於進料與取料的機構設計,預計採用三種不同機構,並探討各項機構的進取料品質狀況,以製作產品標準差來判斷製程能力。最後亦期望本次研究之結果可與申請中的”智慧型手機金屬背蓋”計畫進行整合,並推動此一系列成果於產業中,增加手機金屬背蓋製作的競爭力。 ;In the era of precision industrial manufacturing, errors in dimensions due to human factors are inevitable in the manufacturing process, in order to make the process with good accuracy. This study design can use the mechanism to directly take out the product at the same time when the product is finished. Because the previous research project found that the pressure blow molded metal shell will be used to manually take parts at the same time. The method leads to man-made errors, causing a slight error in its accuracy, leading to difficulties in quality control.The agency that created the unprofessional factors explores whether it can effectively reduce the error in product size to solve problems in quality management. In addition, adopting institutions can also introduce automated production methods, which can not only reduce human error and manpower waste, but also increase the competitiveness of the industry's products. This study focuses on the design of feeding and reclaiming facilities. It is expected that three different organizations will be used, and the quality of the incoming and outgoing materials of each organization will be discussed. The production standard deviation will be used to determine the process capability. Finally, we hope that the results of this study can be integrated with the “Smart Phone Metal Back Cover” project in the application, and promote this series of achievements in the industry to increase the competitiveness of mobile phone metal back cover production.
