在本論文中,我們探討一種新穎的光學設計,用於增加LED車前燈在生產上的容忍度。首先是針對實際生產的光學元件中進行LED光源的遮罩設計,用以消除特定區域的雜光,卻無損於目標區域的光照度。其次,在具有對稱光形的車前燈上,因應高對比度的光形需求與生產上的低容忍度,我們提出一個一維柱狀透鏡陣列結構,藉由對於該結構的優化,與光學的預設計,我們可以用更簡單的方式設計出適合的光學元件,不但在設計上達到高對比度的要求,同時在生產上也可以具有更高的容忍度。 本論文的研究皆包括光學設計的理論論述與實驗的驗證,藉由本論文所提出的設計方法,可以擴展LED燈具的光學設計能力與其實際的應用。 ;In this thesis, we study a novel optical design scheme to enlarge manufacture tolerance for LED head lamp. First, the approach is to design an effective mask on the LED, so that the unwanted lights can be removed but the illuminance on the target area is kept. Second, we propose a new design rule to with a one-dimensional lens array to enlarge manufacture tolerance for a head light with high-contrast symmetrical light pattern. With the optimization of the one-dimensional lens array, we can make a pre-design of an appropriate optical component so that the optical design is simpler and the manufacture tolerance is also enlarged. In the thesis, the fundamental of the proposed optical design is clearly discussed, and all the experiments are evaluated and demonstrated. The novel scheme of optical design by the thesis is useful to extend optical design capability in practical applications.
