    Abstract: 本研究主要目為建立一套量化手部振動的非侵入式量測系統,偵測手部各地方的振動頻率。此系統包含攝影機、投影機、電腦及MATLAB。透過本系統量測結果與醫師判斷做比對,在15個待測者中有13例判斷為有療效、1例相同以及1例惡化,正確判斷比例為86.7%、無法判斷為6.7%及誤判為6.7%,有一定的準確率。
    此量測系統使用Moiré光學疊紋數位化的技術,以後製的方式建立疊紋的干涉條紋,並自行以MATLAB計算光學疊紋的振動頻率,透過影像的變化,將其轉為頻譜圖,使手部振動量化。
    本文將此疊紋系統做為病患治療前後的判斷依據,以往醫生都以問答的方式詢問病人的治療狀況,再藉由病患的回答作為診斷的依據,這種方式可能會依據病患的主觀判斷來回答且會有難以描述的狀況,使得醫生不好衡量治療狀況。本系統將病患描述的改善狀況量化,使醫生可以以客觀、科學的方式判斷患者的治療情形,減少單純由病患口述產生的誤判。
    ;The main purpose of this paper is to build a new system of non-invasive optical measurement for quantizing tremor of hands. This system contains projector, camera, computer and MATLAB.
    This system build Moiré pattern by post-production, and calculate the frequencies on hands by MATLAB. According to the value of image, we can transfer to frequency domain so that we can quantize tremor of hands.
    The study uses digital Moiré to build a system for measuring tremor of hand. The system can digitize the tremor of hand and plot spectrogram by doing Fourier transform to grayscale of interested point. Doctors can judge efficacy of treatment by objective data and reduce misjudgment by patient oral discussion.
    We compared 15 patients of their spectrogram before and after treatment. And these 15 results are diagnosed with doctor that have efficacy of treatment. In these 15 results, there are 13 results are effective, 1 result is unknown and 1 result is worse. It’s high accuracy to recognize whether the treatment works.
