Abstract:	探討素食主義對身體健康、動物生命、土地環境、疾病的影響。全球氣候暖化，造成居住環境的惡化，導致全人類受苦。經過科學家長期研究，發現唯有提倡吃素，才能減緩氣候的暖化，吃素能對地球帶來希望。本論文以素食研究為出發點，為何要支持素食主義呢？以預防醫學觀點來看醫學與營養飲食研究，肉類、奶、蛋為什麼是造成癌症疾病主要原因呢？吃素能有效性的減少疾病，改善體質，吃素肯定對人的身心靈是有益處，吃素蔚為風潮，飲食不暴力、淨化身體。經由《周易》的思想研究進路，找到飲食的智慧，安身立命的處世價值。 ;Explore the impact of vegetarianism on human health, animal life, environment, and disease. Global warming has caused the deterioration of the living environment and caused human suffering. After long-term research by scientists, it has been found that vegetarianism can slow down global warming, vegetarianism can also bring hope to the earth. This paper takes vegetarianism as a starting point. Why support vegetarianism? From the perspective of preventive medicine, medical and nutritional diet research, why meat, milk and eggs are the main cause of cancer diseases? Vegetarian diet can reduce disease and improve health condition. Vegetarianism is definitely beneficial to people′s body and mind. Vegetarianism is a trend, and diet is not violent and purifies the body. Through the study of the thoughts of " The Yi Jing ", find the wisdom of food and the value of life.
