在這個知識爆炸的時代，一個國家的「知識力量」便間接左右了經濟發展與國家競爭力，以往刻板的「填鴨教育」早已不敷使用。因此，如何以更有創意的方法，引起學子的學習興趣及求知慾，提昇國民素質，便為國家教育工作推動的重點之一。 正因我們處在這個知識萌發的時代下，所以更要思考、創新，將知識以富有想像力、創造力的方式，藉由教育傳承下去，而中間最重要的媒介，莫過於師資和教學方式，自國科會科教處推動「中小學科學創意競賽活動」後，為本校創意教學理念產生了莫大的鼓舞作用，因而發起「中小學數學教師創意教學競賽」，鼓勵全國教師對於教育有著獨到見解或有趣、生動的教學方式，可藉此一競賽，提出來與大家一起分享。 在一屆屆競賽之後，所累積的作品亦與日俱增，在此便以因數與倍數的相關單元，作為創意教學觀點與表現方式的研究主題。 The economic development and competitiveness of a country was indirectly impacted by the knowledge power in the information explosion era. Therefore, the former spoon-fed education can not apply to this era nowadays. For this reason, how to attract learners’ interest and their appetites for knowledge by creative ways is one of the most important works of national education promotion. In the information development generation, we needed to hand the information created by rich imagination and creation down to learners by education. In addition, teachers and teaching manners are the most important media for that as well. The greatest inspiring works of the teaching creativity ideas resulted from a science creativity competition in junior high and primary school students held by Department of Science Education of the National Science Council caused the teaching creativity competition in junior high and primary school teachers in order to encourage teachers in Taiwan to teach by unique, interesting, and vivid teaching styles for the education and to share their works with other competitors in the contest. After several competitions held, the gradually increasing accumulation of competitors’ works became the research theme of teaching creativity ideas and performance styles in units related to “Factor” and “Multiple”.
