近年來由於工業發展快速,在產品要求開發時間日益緊縮下,電腦輔助工程設計與分析軟體(CAD/CAE)應運而生,他們除了可提供工程人員快速研發與避免不必要的錯誤判斷外,更可提供非工程人員在產品設計與分析上視覺的認知與觀感,所以本研究利用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS來分析碟式煞車卡鉗作動引發之應力與運動,設定相同尺寸的碟盤與來令片,調整來令片夾持壓力、夾持力到達最大壓力的時間等等的參數,以分析轉子停止時間、夾持壓力之間的關係以及觀察碟盤的壓力分布,進而討論到增加ABS系統(Anti-lock Brake System防鎖死煞車系統)的分析。;In recent years, due to the rapid development of industry, computer-aided engineering design and analysis software (CAD/CAE) came into being under the circumstance of product development time. In addition to providing engineers with rapid development and avoiding unnecessary misjudgments, it can provide visual perception and perception of non-engineering personnel in product design and analysis. Therefore, this study uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the motion analysis for disc brake caliper action and set the same size disc and the brake pads. Adjust the parameters such as the clamping force of the sheet and the time when the clamping force reaches the maximum pressure to analyze the relationship between the rotor stop time and the clamping pressure and the pressure distribution of the disc and then discuss the addition of the ABS system (Anti-lock Brake System) 。
