    Abstract: 本文主要根據N.Basöz與A.S.Kiremidjian的理論架構,配合列表比較、決策分析與AHP等方法,提出一套結合重要性及易損性指標的橋梁重要等級評估法,對於地震災害對橋梁所造成的衝擊,做一事前的重要性程度排序,以做為橋梁檢測頻率及補強維修之參考。 主要內容為介紹建立橋梁綜合重要性指標的方法,分為重要性部分利用列表比較方法及易損性部分的問卷調查方法。列表比較的方法是依據橋梁的相關基本資料,如橋梁長度、每日平均交通量…等,將蒐集而得的現有重要性評估法做實際排序後互相比較其差異性,並取其中差異性最小的方法作為理想的重要性評估法。問卷調查方法的準確性則包含了專家對於問題的自信程度與經驗程度,並以此做為權重分配的標準。當兩部分評估法確定時,再進一步將橋梁的重要性及易損性指標做一結合,而得到橋梁綜合性重要指標。橋梁綜合性重要指標的建立可提供主管機關做為橋梁補強、檢測頻率及經費分配之依據。最後並列舉一範例來說明橋梁重要性等級評估之流程與結果。 Bridges play an important role in the highway system. Once damage from natural hazards, they might have impacts on the highway’s transportation function. Because the extent of retrofitting is limited due to economic constraints, the retrofitting decisions should make efficient and effective use of available resources. The purpose of this research is to develop a system strucure of prioritization methodology based on the bridge characteristics and demand in Taiwan by obtaining overseas experience. This methodology can assist the bridge managers to make retrofitting decisions. It consists of importance and vulnerability assessment of bridge systems. Decision analysis method is used to integrate these two assessment. And elevent bridge importance ranking methods are conducted in building up the importance assessment, as well as the AHP method is used for vulnerability assessment.
