摘要:	摘要隨著經濟高度快速的發展，大型旅館、商場及量販店等大型公共場所因應而生，其容留人數眾多，為確保工作者與消費者之生命財產安全，各主管機關已特別修正符合性法令並驗證各公共場所安全聯合檢查制度，建築物大型化、高層化、及使用多樣化，與旅館公共安全設備之現況及未來發展建立，隨著科技演進並完成防災管理機制，保護員工及消費者安全提升之公共福祉。因此，本研究藉由建築興建工程應符合職業安全衛生法與危險性工作場所評估，營造工程內容較複雜、工期較長、施工條件變動性較大之工程，多屬於危險性工作場所，使勞工在具有主要危害作業起始時點與潛在高度風險，應作業前三十日向勞動檢查機構提出申請備查。研究者以身為職安人員的實際營造經驗、實務與生活透過文件化資訊傳遞，希冀共同精進職業安全衛生管理，落實風險評鑑及自主管理，經歸納分析整合擬定風險評鑑與提出風險改善對策，並經過管理階層審查持續PDCA循環品質管理系統，各項法規日益推陳出新運用2018年3月12日ISO 45001職業安全衛生管理系統，意義是系統內的各項元素相互有關連，各章節的輸出(結果)是另外一些章節(輸入)的工作，將輸出轉為輸入的一套相互關聯及相互作用的活動，提供給工作者高階主管對於創新程序及思維；落實職業安全衛生管理更主動積極參與的藍圖。 ;Abstract With the rapid development of the economy, large public places such as large hotels, shopping malls, and hypermarkets are created, they have a large accommodate. To ensure the safety of workers and consumers inside, the competent authorities have specifically amended the compliance laws and verified the joint security inspection system for public places. The evolution of technology, larger, higher, diversified use of buildings, the current status and future development of hotel public safety equipment, the management mechanism of disaster prevention is needed to protect employee and consumer safety and promote public welfare. This study, using the Occupational Safety and Health Act and hazardous workplace assessment, complicated construction project, long duration, large changes in construction conditions, is mostly in hazardous workplaces, leaving labors at potentially high risk, should apply to the labor inspection agency 30 days before construction. The researcher delivering documented information of building experience, practice and life as a construction safety officer, hope to improve occupational safety and health management, implement risk assessment and self-management, inductive analysis integrates the proposed risk assessment and proposes risk improvement strategies, continue the PDCA cycle quality management system after the management review, various regulations are increasingly introducing the ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System on March 12, 2018. The meaning is that the elements in the system are related to each other, the output (results) of each chapter is the work of the other chapters (inputs), a set of interrelated and interacting activities that turn the output into input, providing innovative procedures and thinking, implement a blueprint for more active and active participation in occupational safety and health management.
