Abstract The purpose of this study is to know how the modern employees’ leisure benefit perception reflects upon their life satisfaction through their involvement in the corporate leisure activities, and we could learn the lessons from the feedback for the futuristic managerial practice. The findings of this study are as following: 1.Employees’ leisure benefits perception has a significant effect on employees’ leisure involvement in the corporate. 2.Employees’ leisure involvement has a significant effect on employees’ life satisfaction. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is to encourage corporates to reinforce the leisure activities towards employees’ preference to maintain well working environment.
