    Title: 含轉爐石刨除料應用於再生瀝青混凝土成效評估;Performance Evaluation of Recycled Asphalt concrete with BOF Slag RAP

    Abstract: 未來幾年之後鋪設轉爐石瀝青混凝土之鋪面勢必會再需要重新刨除與維護,若未來這些含有再生料之刨除料無法再被循環使用,將失去原本將轉爐石應用於道路工程循環再利用之本意。本研究利用實驗室評估含轉爐石刨除料添加於再生瀝青混凝土之成效。使用的含轉爐石刨除料共有兩種,一種為轉爐石添加50%(粗粒料25%、細粒料25%);另一種為30%細粒料之瀝青混合料,鋪築迄今已超過4年,從轉爐石原始性質、配合設計及添加比例等具完整資料,對於含轉爐石刨除料之再生瀝青混凝土進行更有效之評估。第一階段,為了確認含轉爐石刨除料是否能取代部分天然粒料添加於再生瀝青混凝土,將依據公共工程會施工綱要規範第 02966 章對於含轉爐石刨除料性質進行審視。第二階段,將以含轉爐石刨除料固定取代量30%為前提,設計上線、中線、下線之三種不同級配曲線,判斷級配對整體再生瀝青混凝土之品質是否有所影響。第三階段,以最適合含油量的狀態下,進行成效與抗水分侵害之試驗,探討含轉爐石刨除料之再生瀝青混凝土耐久性等性質變化及受水分侵害後之再生瀝青混凝土成效。實驗室試驗結果顯示,含轉爐石刨除料應用於再生瀝青混凝土之級配曲線以貼近規範帶上限設計,有較佳之成效。抗水分侵害之方面,須注意靠近規範帶下限的級配曲線可能造成再生瀝青混凝土浸水殘餘強度不足之情形發生。因此,使用含轉爐石刨除料於再生瀝青混凝土時,應注意級配曲線是否符合規範之標準,盡量避免使設計級配接近規範帶下限,以確保含轉爐石刨除料之再生瀝青混凝土的品質。;If the Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) contains some Basic Oxygen Furnace(BOF) slag couldn′t be used in into recycled asphalt concrete, would lose the meanings of recycles. This study used the laboratory to evaluate the effectiveness of adding RAP contain BOF slag to recycled asphalt concrete. Two different RAP containing BOF slag types were used. One is the origin mixture contains 50% BOF slag, the other contains 30% BOF slag. First, in order to confirm whether RAP of containing BOF slag can replace part of conventional aggregate aggregated in recycled asphalt concrete, RAP contains BOF slag had to be examined according to the Implementation Guidelines for the Outline Specifications for Public Construction, Chapter 02966. Second, aggregate substitute by 30% RAP of containing BOF slag has been used to design 3 kinds of grading curves. Third, performance test and moisture sensitivity test had been done to explore the durability of RAP with BOF slag to the recycled asphalt concrete and the effect of recycled asphalt concrete after moisture damage. According to the test results, when applying RAP of contain BOF slag into recycled asphalt concrete design. The grading curve close to the specification upper limit has better results. In terms of moisture sensitivity, it should be noted that the grading curve near the lower limit of the specification may cause the shortage of the Tensile Strength Ratio (TSR) of the recycled asphalt concrete. Therefore, when using RAP of contain BOF slag in recycled asphalt concrete, it should be noted that the gradation curve should meets the standard of the specification and try to avoid being close to the down limit of the specification to ensure the quality of recycled asphalt concrete.
