為降低目前廢舊紡織品未再製比例及增加逆向供應鏈價值下，本研究選定廢舊紡織品處理商為研究對象，將Sarkar and Moon (2014)所提之數學模型延伸應用於該回收產業，探討投資前後成本與收益之變化，其中同時考慮改善廢舊紡織品未再製比例及降低製程變動成本，並提出不同回收處理法(化學法、物理法)所帶來之結果差異。
;In recent years, because of "fast fashion", consumers have accelerated the speed of changing clothing, resulting in an increase in the number of used textiles. According to the data of the Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan, R.O.C in August 2018, the total amount of used clothes recycled was about 63,211 tonnes in 2017. In fact, the used clothes discarded by the public as waste were countless. Due to demand uncertainty, the amount of waste textiles before consumption was also considerable. If it cannot be properly disposed, it will impose a burden on the environment. Therefore, it is imperative to completely recycle and remanufacture waste textiles. And it is expected that the waste textile recycling industry will develop well.
In order to improve the proportion of waste textiles and increase the value of reverse supply chain, this study selected waste textile processors as research objects, and extended the mathematical model proposed by Sarkar and Moon (2014) to the recycling industry to explore before and after investment for cost and profit. The change, considering the simultaneous improvement of the proportion of waste textiles and the cost of process changes, and proposed different results of the recycling process (chemical, physical). Considering to improve the proportion of waste textiles and reduce the cost of process changes at the same time, and propose different results from different recycling methods (chemical methods, physical methods).
This study mainly constructs a mathematical model for the profit maximization of waste textile processors. Through the profit analysis brought by this two recycling methods to provide the decision makers different investment schemes. It hopes to improve the value of sustainable recycling.
