六標準差DMAIC架構是一種廣泛應用於企業界進行生產品質、製程參數及作業流程等各方面改善手法，按部就班地從定義、衡量、分析、改善與控制五個階段依序發現問題，蒐集評估資料，進而挖掘真因並提出對策及方案進行改善與持續管控。 物料管理中料號建立的混亂，往往造成公司產品設計的延遲、重複性的採購、生產的不確定性及成本估算困難等問題，因此如何降低物料管理成本，一直是各企業經營者列為首要改善項目之一。 本研究以國防武器研製為例，應用六標準差DMAIC手法改善個案公司物料管理上一物多號之問題，藉由建立流程標準化及系統化，有效整併減少料件編號使用數量，為個案公司打下作為其他活動改善的良好基礎。 ;The six standard deviation DMAIC architecture is widely used in the enterprise industry to improve the production quality, process parameters and operation processes. It uses the six standard deviation DMAIC method to improve the problem of material management in the case company. By establishing process standardization and systematization, it effectively reduces the number of materials used in the case. Lay a good foundation for improvement in other activities.
