    Abstract: 本論文主要使用光致放光光譜、激發光譜、時間解析光譜之光譜技術來分析以中溫水熱法合成之YxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3配位聚合物,其配位基為1,4-Cyclohexanedicarboxylate (C8H10O4,簡稱CHDC),而配位中心為不同莫耳比例之稀土元素釔(Yttrium, Y)及釤(Samarium, Sm)。藉由單晶及粉末X光繞射實驗去鑑定合成出之晶體的結構與純度,並以感應耦合電漿原子發射光譜分析儀(ICP-AES)鑑定配位中心之準確比例。先前研究含Sm3+之配位聚合物之放光衰退曲線在不同激發波長或不同濃度有微差異之衰退速率。本論文加入兩個先前尚未觀測過之高濃度YxSm2-x(CHDC)3樣品並將Sm3+激發至最低上能階取其放光光譜與衰退曲線,發現Sm3+之放光有兩段式行為且此兩段放光行為皆隨著Sm3+濃度上升而加快,即可能有濃度淬熄現象(concentration-dependent quenching)。本篇論文成功以兩段式放光之模型分析YxSm2-x(CHDC)3樣品中Sm3+之放光衰退曲線,並進一步建立可能之淬熄機制。;Spectroscopy techniques such as photoluminescence (PL), excitation, and time-resolved spectra were used to investigate the coordination polymers, YxSm2-x(C8H10O4)3, synthesized by mid-temperature hydrothermal method. The coordination center is either Yttrium (Y) or Samarium (Sm), and the ligand is1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate (C8H10O4, CHDC). Single and powder X-ray diffraction data confirm the structure and purity of these compounds. Inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) verifies the elemental compositions of coordination centers. Previous study found a variation in the Sm3+ decay curves in these compounds at different excitation wavelengths as well as different concentrations. In this thesis, the excitation wavelength of exciting Sm3+ to its lowest upper state is adopted to record new emission spectra and decay curves with more higher Sm3+ concentration samples. The analysis of these data exhibits that Sm3+ emission decay curves show a two-stage emission behavior, and the concentration-dependent quenching is observed in both stages. Quenching mechanisms are proposed for explaining the emission quenching behaviors in these compounds.
