    Title: 雷達海洋回波頻譜之模擬

    Abstract: 透過Barrick的一階雷達散射截面理論方程式與二階雷達截面理論方程式來模擬海洋回波頻譜,過程中利用歸一化參數與變數變換,並用牛頓法求得在限制條件下最佳的變數解,以利我們透過理論方程式模擬頻譜,並嘗試與在宜蘭大福的特高頻(VHF)雷達觀測資料做比對。
    引用Phillips模型,改變風向參數,探討不同風向對頻譜的影響,並且可利用正、負布拉格峰值的比值反演風向;引用Pierson-Moskowitz(P-M)模型,改變風速參數,探討不同風速對頻譜的影響,得到隨風速越大,二階波回波功率也隨之增加的關係。
    最後,透過誤差函數(Error function)擬合風速與二階波回波功率兩者變化關係,並統計不同風向情況下,擬合曲線的變化趨勢,並且透過觀測資料之二階波能量反演風速。
    ;The Phillips model is used to change the wind direction parameters, to explore the influence of different wind directions on the spectrum, and the ratio of positive and negative Bragg peaks can be used to invert the wind direction. The Pierson-Moskowitz (PM) model is used to change the wind speed parameters and explore the influence of different wind speeds on the spectrum. The second-order wave echo power increases as the wind speed.
    Finally, the relationship between the wind speed and the second-order wave echo power is fitted by the error function, and the variation trend of the curve is calculated under different wind directions and the wind speed is inverted by the second-order wave energy of the observed data.
