    摘要: 歐盟 ETSI 所制定的 EN 300 328 測試規範是用來規範所有使應用於
    (Industrial Scientific Medical, ISM)頻段的無線傳輸通訊產品,其目的為統一規範這類的通訊科技產品的發射機和接收機的基本特性表現以及避免相互干擾的問題。 隨著科技日益進步發展,規範也因應現實情況而不斷修訂更新發射機與接收機的測試規範,例如:發射機累積傳輸時間、占用頻率、跳頻序列、功率頻譜密度和接收機阻塞的測試方法跟要求等等,而對於接收機的測試要求為近幾年規範主要修訂重點內容。
    本論文以藍芽通訊科技的為主軸,並主要針對接收機阻塞性能(Receiver Blocking)的測試原理和測試方法進行研究,利用藍芽標準規範中所制定的傳統藍芽 BR/EDR 測試模式(Test mode)和低功耗藍芽 BLE 測試模式(Direct Test Mode)
    中的特性,可對於待測物端進行快速直接性的控制以及只有在測試模式下才能夠針對數據封包的傳遞進行詳細分析的功能,解決現行設備上的量測不穩定的缺陷,而精準的判斷出接收機的能力。接著再搭配開發後端軟體介面來控制相關測試儀器,並遵循 ETSI EN 300 328 法規規範的要求,達到整合性半自動的測試功能。
    最後再透過測試手機中的藍芽晶片模組來驗證此實驗系統,證實利用藍芽的測試模式可以更為有效精準的量測接收機性能。;The test specification EN 300 328 developed by the European Union ETSI is used to regulate all wireless transmission communication products which are used in the
    (Industrial Scientific Medical, ISM) frequency band. The main purpose is regulate the basic performance of the transmitters and receivers of such communication technology products and to avoid mutual interference problems. As technology keeping develops, the specification also revised and updated continually in response to the actual situation, such as: test method or requirement of Accumulated transmit time, Frequency Occupation, Hopping Sequence, Power Spectral Density, Receiver Blocking and so on. Especially the requirements of receiver testing are mainly revised in recent years.
    This paper is focus on the Bluetooth communication technology and studies fundamental testing theorem and method of receiver blockage performance, using the specific characteristic of Basic Bluetooth BR/EDR Test Mode and Bluetooth low energy Direct Test Mode which are developed in the Bluetooth standard specification,
    which can quickly and directly control the devices to be tested and only in the test mode can perform detailed analysis on the transmission of data packets, and accurately judge the performance of the receiver. Then use the development of the software interface to control the relevant test instruments and comply with the requirements of the ETSI EN 300 328 regulations to achieve integrated semi-automatic test functions.
