    Abstract: 雖然隨著4G行動網路速度的提升使得4G網路更為普及,但4G網路是多人使用時無法保證頻寬、另外基地台常因為放置地租約到期如果無法續約而撤台,而造成4G訊號收訊不穩定及訊號減弱;反觀固網最大的好處不會因為使用的人數變多,而影響到網路的速度,再加上由於是線路傳輸,其故障率也低。因此在市場上就有由固網再加上分享無線網路的架構出現,再藉由點擊廣告或觀看影片,即可透過此無線網路免費上網。在本篇論文中我們希望將這種對使用者、網路提供者、以及商家三方共利的三贏模式實現在校園無線網路,所以我們希望提供免費的無線網路服務,讓使用者可以透過行動APP自動登入無線網路,存取校園相關的服務系統。再利用此應用程式來收集無線訊號、GPS位置資訊,藉由這些收集的資訊來研究分析無線基地台的連線品質。
    本篇論文主要設計一免費無線網路平台,藉由此NCUFree無線網路,進行開發行裝置應用程式。與過去研究相較,[1]原有僅提供Android的平台,本研究則增加了iOS平台,透過網頁系統架構重新設計,讓程式開發以及更新程式更佳便利,無需每次都得更換Android and iOS的程式。其次,我們開發了管理後台介面,讓管理更佳便利使用此系統。NCUFree行動程式同時整合校園常用的應用服務,此次整合包括中央大學行動網頁、Portal相關服務系統及中央大學停車位查詢系統的查詢,讓學生及教職員們更便利使用校園系統的功能。同時藉由NCUFree行動應用程式,我們可以收集無線訊號數值、GPS定位回傳的位置以及使用著登入NCUFree系統的成功與失敗,來交叉驗證訊號不良的位置的正確性。
    ;Because of the higher speed of 4G mobile network, more and more people like to use it. It can’t promise bandwidth by multi-users. If the lease of base station expires, the 4G base station might be removed. The 4G signal will become weakening and unstable. On the other side, the biggest advantage of physical line is the network speed. It can’t be affected by multi-users, and the failure rate is also low. So there is a new business model of physical line and wireless network sharing in the market for free by clicking on the ads and watching videos. In this research, we hope to realize this three-win model for users, network providers, and merchants by providing free wireless network services. Users can automatically log into the wireless network through the APP, and access to campus-related service systems. We can use this application to collect wireless signals, GPS location information, and the information collected to study and analyze the online quality of the wireless base station.
    We mainly design a free wireless network platform in this research. Through this NCUFree wireless network, we develop the application for mobile devices. Compared with past research, the original only provides Android platform. We add the iOS platform application for users. Through the web system architecture redesign, it makes that program development and update programs better convenient, we do not have to replace Android and iOS programs every time. Second, we have developed a management back-end interface to make it easier for management to use the system. The NCUFree mobile application also integrates common application services on campus, including NCU mobile Web Page, Portal-related Service System and NCU Parking Search System. It makes students and faculty easier to use the campus system. At the same time through the NCUFree mobile application, we can collect wireless signal values, GPS positioning return location, and the success and failure of logging into the NCUFree system to cross-verify the accuracy of the bad signal location.
