    Title: Helipoid齒輪接觸特性研究與最佳化分析;Tooth Contact Analysis and Optimization of Helipoid Gears

    Abstract: 工業中應用於交錯軸動力傳遞之齒輪類型主要有交錯軸螺旋齒輪(Crossed Helical Gear)與戟齒輪(Hypoid Gear),交錯軸螺旋齒輪具有低生產成本優勢,但負載能力與接觸率較低為其缺點,而戟齒輪負載能力雖高,但需使用專用機器且依賴經驗,因此其造價也較高。Helipoid齒輪設計理念為成本與性能間的平衡,期望能結合交錯軸螺旋齒輪低製造成本與戟齒輪高負載能力、高接觸率之優點。
    本論文旨為分析90度交錯軸動力傳遞之Helipoid齒輪。應用齒輪原理,並根據刀具與工件齒輪間交錯軸相對運動關係,建立Helipoid齒輪齒面數學模式,進行該齒輪之無負載齒面接觸分析,包括傳動誤差以及接觸齒印等,探討組裝誤差對於Helipiod齒輪嚙合狀態之影響。接著,為求得最佳負載能力之齒輪設計參數,將齒面接觸分析程式串聯MATLAB函數庫中之基因演算法(Genetic Algorithm, GA),進行Helipoid齒輪接觸齒印最佳化分析,藉此得到最佳負載強度之齒輪設計參數。接著以有限元素分析進行負載下齒面接觸分析,探討額定負載下連續旋轉角度之齒面接觸應力變化。最後,整合齒面接觸分析與有限元素分析結果,計算負載下傳動誤差。
    本論文亦對交錯軸螺旋齒輪進行齒面接觸分析,探討傳動誤差、接觸齒印、接觸應力與負載下傳動誤差等,並針對Helipoid齒輪與交錯軸螺旋齒輪負載能力進行比較,模擬結果顯示本研究提出之Helipoid齒輪比傳統交錯軸螺旋齒輪具有較佳的負載能力。
    ;The purpose of this study is to analyze Helipoid gears which can be used in crossed axes. Firstly, the mathematical model of Helipoid gears was developed based on the theory of gearing and the generating shaper cutters. Accroding to the developed mathematical model and tooth contact analysis, transmission errors and contact patterns of the proposed Helipoid gears are investigated. The Influence of assembly errors on meshing characteristics of Helipoid gears are also investigated. In order to find the optimal design parameters with highest load capability, the tooth contact analysis program is integrated with the Genetic Algorithm in MATLAB. Next, the tooth contact analysis of gears under load is carried out by finite element analysis, exploring the tooth surface contact stress, and loaded transmission errors. Finally, the meshing characteristic of conventional crossed helical gears was also studied and compared with those of the proposed Helipoid gears.
