    Abstract: 在數位電視地面廣播(DVB-T)下是採用MPEG-2的影音編碼,主要原因是透過多工器下能在單一個傳輸流(Transport Stream)中提供多個Service,如此以增加頻寬使用率。本文中我們將就由DVD片,也就是節目流(Program Stream)格式轉換成傳輸流(Transport Stream)格式之中重要的多工器(Multiplexer)做研究分析並且說明在轉換的過程中需產生做的動作、建表與多工,並根據多工器設計上,對於解碼端的傳輸流系統目標解碼器(Transport Stream system Target Decoder)內的緩衝暫存器需求量影響做研究分析與探討且去分析實錄訊號與自行多工產生的傳輸流(Transport Stream)比較,並於最後以VLC播放器來做驗證的動作。 The terrestrial digital video broadcasting (DVB-T) of European Standard has adopted the MPEG-2 coding ,Multiplexer can provide multi service on single transport stream and improve bandwidth use rate, that is reason. IN this thesis, we discuss and analyze this issue that multiplexer of DVD Program Stream(PS) to Transport Stream(TS), proposed schemes for design and implementation, ex: build table 、multiple TS, and discuss Transport Stream system Target Decoder buffer on decoding for follow this schemes to design Program Stream to Transport Stream, implement on VLC player.
